PRIVACY POLICY

This Cookies Policy sets out the rules for storing and accessing information on the User’s devices by means of Cookies files, used to execute User-requested services provided by electronic means by Torf Corporation Sp. z o.o., Fabryczna 11, 55-080, Kąty Wrocławskie. § 1 DEFINITIONS

Administrator – means Torf Corporation Sp. z o.o., Fabryczna 11, 55-080, Kąty Wrocławskie, NIP (Tax Identification Number): 525-268-39-69, share capital: PLN 1,226,750, District Court for Wrocław-Fabryczna, 6th Commercial Division of the National Court Register (KRS), KRS Number 0000646959, which provides electronic services as well as stores and accesses information on the User’s devices.

Cookies – means computer data, in particular small text files, saved and stored on devices, through which the User uses the Service.

Administrator Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator, related to the provision of electronic services by the Administrator by means of the Service.

External Cookies – means Cookies placed by the Administrator’s partners via the Service website.

Service – means the website under which the Administrator operates the Internet service, operating at the domain http://natureon.expert/.

Device – means an electronic device through which the User gains access to the Service web pages.

User – means an entity to which, in accordance with the Regulations and applicable law, services may be provided electronically or with which an Agreement for the provision of electronic services may be signed.

§ 2 TYPES OF COOKIES USED

Cookies used by the Administrator are safe for the User Device. In particular, they do not constitute a medium for viruses or other unwanted software or malware to penetrate the User Devices. These files allow identifying the software used by the User and customise the Service for each User individually. Cookies usually contain the name of the domain from which they originate, the duration of storage on the Device, and a value assigned to them.

The Administrator uses two types of cookies:

a) Session cookies: stored on the User Device and remaining there until the end of the browser session. The stored information is then permanently deleted from the Device memory. The mechanism of session cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.

b) Permanent cookies: stored on the User Device and remaining there until deleted. Finishing a browser session or switching off the Device does not remove them from the User Device. The mechanism of permanent cookies does not allow collecting any personal data or any confidential information from the User’s Device.

The User can limit or disable the access of cookies to their Device. If this option is used, the User will be able to use the Service, except functions that require cookies by their nature.

§ 3 PURPOSES FOR WHICH COOKIES ARE USED

The Administrator uses internal Cookies for the purposes of configuring the Service correctly, particularly for:

a) adjusting the content of the Service’s web pages to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Service’s web pages;

b) recognizing the Service User’s device and its location and, accordingly, display the website in a manner adjusted to the User’s individual needs;

c) saving settings selected by the User and personalising the User’s interface, e.g. in terms of the selected language or the User’s region;

d) saving the browsing history within the Service in order to recommend content;

e) font size, website design, etc.

The Administrator uses internal Cookies in order to carry out processes necessary for the full functionality of the web pages, particularly for:

a) adjusting the content of the Service’s web pages to the User’s preferences and optimizing the use of the Service’s web pages; Especially, these files make it possible to recognise the Users’ Device’s basic parameters and, accordingly, tailor the website to their individual needs;

b) the proper operation of the loyalty program, especially making it possible to verify the sources from which the Users are redirected to the Service’s web pages.

The Administrator uses internal Cookies in order to save the User’s location, and, in particular, to configure the selected functions of the Service correctly, allowing the information provided to the User to be adjusted, taking into account the User’s location.

The Administrator uses internal Cookies for analyses and research as well as view audit, and, in particular, to create anonymous statistics that help understand how Service Users use the Service’s web pages, which allows improving their structure and content.

The Administrator of the Service uses external Cookies to collect general and anonymous static data via the Google Analytics tools (external cookies administrator: Google Inc. based in the USA).

§ 4 POSSIBILITY TO DETERMINE THE CONDITIONS OF STORAGE OR ACCESS BY COOKIES

The User can change the Cookies settings themselves any time by specifying the conditions governing the manner in which Cookies are stored and how Cookies gain access to the User’s Device. Changes to the settings referred to in the previous sentence can be made by the User in the web browser settings or by using the Service configuration. These settings can be changed especially in such a manner as to block the automatic use of cookies in the settings of the browser or to report each time Cookies are placed on the User’s Device. Detailed information about the possibilities and methods of using cookies are available in the software (web browser) settings.

You can delete Cookies any time by using the functions available in the web browser you are using.

Restriction of the use of Cookies may affect some functionalities available on the Service website.
